What should I wear for my treatment?

For most body treatments, you'll be asked to wear your underwear only. A strapless bra, a provided disposable bra or no bra at all is completely fine; your comfort, privacy and consent are always my priority. I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment, as many clients enjoy leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed.
 

How should I prepare for my appointment?
 

To help you get the most from your treatment:

• Drinking plenty of water before and after your appointment

• Avoiding alcohol immediately before or after your treatment

• Wearing comfortable clothing

• Completing your consultation form before you arrive, if applicable
   

What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive everything you need before your appointment, including any consultation forms that need completing in advance.
 

If I need any further information before your treatment, I'll be in touch directly.
 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Treatments under £60 – £10 deposit

• Treatments over £60 – £20 deposit

Your deposit is deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
 

How do I pay?

The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
 

Can massage help with stress and relaxation?

Absolutely. Many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter and more relaxed after treatment. Whilst every experience is different, lymphatic massage and head massage can help encourage relaxation and provide valuable time for your body and mind to slow down.
 

Why do I sometimes feel emotional after a massage?

Massage can encourage the body to release physical tension while allowing the nervous system to relax. For some people, this can bring up unexpected emotions, and that's completely normal.
 

Every response is different, and your experience is always welcomed without judgement.
 

Do you offer post-operative lymphatic treatments?

Yes. I offer post-operative lymphatic care for suitable clients who have been medically cleared by their surgeon.

I'm not sure which treatment to book.

Don't worry, you're not expected to know. For most new clients, Full Body Lymphatic Sculpt is the best place to start.

If you're recovering from surgery or have a specific concern, you're welcome to get in touch before booking and I'll happily guide you towards the most suitable treatment.
 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
