Are you mobile?
Yes, I offer both salon-based and mobile treatments. Salon appointments can be booked directly via my online booking system. If you’re enquiring about a mobile treatment, please contact me via Instagram or email.
Please note: some treatments are offered exclusively in-salon and are not available on a mobile basis.
What areas do you cover for mobile treatments?
I primarily cover Benfleet, Essex and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is within range, feel free to get in touch to check availability.
How long will my mobile treatment last?
The appointment time you select includes travel, set-up, and a short consultation. Hands-on treatment time may be slightly shorter than the full booking duration, however each session is carefully structured to ensure you receive the full therapeutic benefit of your treatment.
What do I need to prepare for a mobile treatment?
To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, please:
✔ Have a quiet, comfortable space available
✔ Allow sufficient room for my massage table and equipment
✔ Let me know in advance if your space is only accessible via stairs
✔ Complete your consultation form prior to my arrival
What should I wear for my treatment?
For body sculpting and lymphatic treatments, light and comfortable clothing is recommended. During your session, you’ll usually wear underwear only. A strapless bra, disposable bra, or no bra at all is completely fine; your comfort, privacy, and consent are always prioritised.
Will you bring everything needed for the treatment?
Yes, I provide all professional equipment, including a massage table, towels, oils/creams, and any tools required for your treatment. All you need to do is relax.
Why do I sometimes feel emotional after a massage?
Massage can release stored tension and stimulate the nervous system, which may create an emotional response. This is a completely normal part of the body’s processing.
Can massage help with stress or sleep?
Yes. Treatments such as Indian Head Massage and Sculpt & Detox (which incorporates lymphatic drainage) are particularly effective in calming the nervous system, supporting deeper rest, and reducing stress.
What happens after I book?
Once your booking is received, I’ll contact you to confirm your appointment and arrange a deposit to secure your slot.
You’ll also receive a consultation form, which must be completed prior to your session.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Treatments under £60: £10 deposit

Treatments over £60: £20 deposit
This is deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
What if I want to use a promotion or multi-booking package?
If you’re using a promotion or booking a package, please let me know when I contact you to confirm your appointment.
Online booking will always display the single-treatment price — this will be adjusted if we’ve already discussed a package or promotion. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Full details can be found on the Refund Policy page.
