I'm Daisy...

A lymphatic-focused massage therapist based in Benfleet, Essex, specialising in lymphatic drainage and post-operative recovery.

My work is built around a simple belief: when we support the body's natural systems and create space for the nervous system to slow down, we give ourselves the best opportunity to heal, recover and feel our best. This philosophy sits at the heart of everything I do.

I offer treatments that support lymphatic flow, circulation, recovery and overall wellbeing, helping women feel lighter, more comfortable and more connected to their bodies. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing everyday fluid retention or simply looking for a moment to slow down, every treatment is tailored to your individual needs.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I was already fascinated by the lymphatic system and the incredible role it plays in our health. That curiosity has continued to grow throughout my career and has shaped the direction of Peace & Daisies today.

Since beginning my journey as a therapist, I've continued to invest in advanced training in lymphatic drainage, post-operative care and therapeutic massage techniques, allowing me to confidently support clients through a wide range of recovery and wellbeing journeys. I believe that learning never stops, and I'm passionate about continually developing my knowledge to provide the highest standard of care.

For me, a treatment is about far more than what happens on the massage table. It's about creating an environment where clients feel listened to, cared for and supported. Alongside hands-on treatment, I love helping women better understand their bodies through education, simple lifestyle habits and realistic long-term support.

My approach has always been rooted in consistency over quick fixes. Every client is different, and I believe the best results come from working with your body, not against it.

My hope is that when you leave your appointment, you don't just feel physically lighter; you leave feeling calmer, more informed and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Thank you for being here. I can't wait to welcome you into the treatment room!

Love & Lymph,

Daisy 🤎
