Recovering from surgery is a journey, and every recovery is different. My post-operative lymphatic treatments are tailored to your procedure, your stage of healing and your individual needs, always working alongside your surgeon's advice to support you throughout your recovery.
 

Your First Appointment

Before your first treatment, we'll begin with a short conversation to ensure post-operative lymphatic massage is appropriate for you and to answer any initial questions you may have.
 

You'll then receive a detailed post-operative consultation form to complete before your appointment.

At your first visit, we'll spend around 10 minutes discussing your surgery, recovery so far, your surgeon's guidance and your treatment goals before beginning your personalised treatment.
 

This allows me to understand your recovery journey and ensure your treatment is tailored specifically to you.
 

Your Treatment Plan

No two recovery journeys are the same. Some clients may only require one or two treatments, whilst others may benefit from a course of sessions depending on their procedure, stage of healing and their surgeon's recommendations.
 

Following your first appointment, we'll discuss whether further treatments would be beneficial and create a plan that's appropriate for your recovery.
 

Your Safety

Your wellbeing will always come first. Treatment is only carried out when appropriate and based on your individual stage of healing.
 

If I feel treatment isn't suitable at the time of your appointment, I'll always explain why and advise you on the most appropriate next steps.

If, following your first appointment, we decide that a course of treatment would best support your recovery, this can be arranged at any stage.
