Once the system is open and responsive, firmer Brazilian-inspired sculpting techniques are introduced to stimulate movement within the tissues and enhance results, while still respecting the body’s natural rhythm.

Time is also dedicated to releasing tension through the upper back, neck and shoulders to further support nervous system regulation. The treatment finishes with focused abdominal and gut work to support digestion, reduce bloating and encourage a feeling of lightness and ease.

This is not a quick-fix massage. It is a considered, full-body experience designed to support long-term lymphatic health, body confidence and overall wellbeing.
